Day 10,350

10 p.m.
Read journal today by artist who says we like art better when we know the person who painted it. Wonder if this is true. If so, am curious as to how well my watchers know me through my art.

Should have challenge about this!

Should ask watchers to write a Very Sekrit Diary entry based on what they think I do with my day and post it as a comment on my journal. Will give features for my favorites. Extra points if they are original. Extra extra points if they include naked men and/or Jareth.

Now, off to do very sekrit things.

Also, tomorrow I will be 10,351 days old (not aktually my birthday--I was born in December). Will soon have to start looking for wrinkles. v. sad.

I think you meant "hard to remember" ;P Do you know how to read my name, though? A lot of people read it as "Olive Rat," not realizing it's actually my first name and last initial, "Olivera T".

I've noticed the same thing with artworks I +fav getting DDed a day or two later...

I have an astoundingly selective memory. When people do me a good turn I tend to remember them, though (and you have a memorable name :D). Also, I've only ever had the one DD, so it wasn't that hard to forget.

I think I'm watching maybe 500+ people. :D I should probably recommend some of them for DD's as well, but I have an odd talent for watching new artists (and faving work) and finding them on the DD list a couple of days later. So I'm sure I'd probably be redundant to the process.

That ... seriously had me completely confused for a bit. I had to go through your gallery and check for DDs just to be sure you weren't confusing me for someone else. It HAS been too long! Plus i used to suggest DDs (a practice I really oughta pick up again) all the time so I don't recall them all.

I blame my lack of commenting on the fact that I currently watch 919 people on dA, a considerable growth since 2005, so I had to buy a subscription just so I could not have going through my DA messages and the like turn into a gargantuan nightmare that takes hours to complete if not done each day.

I'm actually quite surprised you even noticed a lack of commenting on my part. :confused:
